跆拳道2000年纳入奥运会，是一种主要使用手及脚进行格斗或对抗的运动。随着跆拳道的发展，跆拳道已经不再是一项运动或一门武术，跆拳道更是一种社会教育活动，因此跆拳道教练也不单单是教学，更多的则是注重对孩子品质的教育。

</section> 现在的娃儿也辛苦哦，压力大~这位老师很有才！才90后，年纪轻轻的选择奋斗，比起我们屋那个好的那儿去了~小伙子不错，我们作为大妈这一辈人，还是应该支持现在的年轻人创业，给他点赞！ 恐怕打架什么的，莫人打得赢他哦！ 自己很荣幸，是邓教的学生，跟着他已经快两年了，上课的时间感觉他很认真、很严肃，因为他说严将严兵。但是他课下他更像一个无话不说的大哥哥。可以说没有遇到他的话，我现在还是一个名副其实的网瘾少年，一直在游戏的世界里寻找自信。是他慢慢的鼓励我，让我发现我竟然还有优点、长处。因为我学得比较晚，所以技术不是他所有学生中最好的，但是我觉得是跆拳道改变了我，不论未来如何，我依然要说声谢谢您邓教。就像您经常给我们说的，任何才艺都是逼出来的。我发现我这么笨的人竟然还会有自己的引以为傲的特长，谢谢您的不离不弃。
