平昌县这么穷为什么就没有上啊
就是！没有当官的下远点的农村好好看看
对扶贫，脱贫不要凭纸上“谈兵”而论！应该真真切切，脚踏实地（不要当地领导介入，不要基层人士带路，真正做到暗访，私查，各个村各个户进行摸底排查）把党的政策真正落实到真正贫困人口手中……！我毫不夸张的认为，在扶贫政策中，欺上瞒下的高手在干部和基层人员手中，（如镇龙的贫困人和户，决大部份不实，真正贫困人员未能得到救助）受尽磨难的是真正的贫困人员和无权，无势，无关系的穷人……！镇龙镇决大部分人希望有关部门在扶贫攻坚项目中动真格，查个水落石出，让那些在此政策中的害群之马，真正得到应有的惩罚――！

镇龙镇地处山区边远地方，过去这地方一直是处于贫穷落后的地方！因缺文化，缺科技人材，缺有责任敢的领导干部（因，从解放以来，从人民公社转变成区乡，现转变成镇，绝大多数区，乡，镇长，书记都是在任期内混满后，不管有不有功绩政绩，屁股一拍走之！“大多数一二把手贪，抓，拉，占，后丢下一个烂滩子，现在镇龙这么一个小镇，政府欠债数千万元，这些领导过去在农民手中涝钱……把老陌姓涝干后，他们又将国有资产变卖肥家入己，如，镇龙镇的政府前大门都卖光……等等――对这些个别领导的行政不作为！那是书罪无穷，，，，”）个别领导没有超前意识，不懂穷则思变，更没有安下心来真正给老陌姓找治富的正确途经……！！！。在这里说句实在真话，上报的脱贫户绝大部分人还在肌饿线上争扎，根本未拜托贫困，没有上报脱贫的户中比上报的户中要富得多（因上报的脱贫户人员，无关系！）若国家把镇龙的扶贪攻坚来深究细查后（拿事实为依据，以法律为准绳）将是扶贫攻坚中的奇迹……。
