一、参赛方式
1、拍摄与“2019四川巴中经开区新春文化艺术节”活动相关的视频，并添加话题#宜居兴文 幸福经开，在抖音APP中发布，即视为成功参赛。（注：最终评选，抖音APP会自动排名，若未附带规定话题，视为无效作品，最终排名与抖音官方自动排名为准）。
二、参赛及评选规则
1、活动时间为2月4日—2月11日下午5点整，均可通过抖音APP报名参赛，逾时即视为无效作品。
2、活动主办方将以2月11日下午5点，通过抖音APP对话题#宜居兴文 幸福经开进行自动排名，最终评选出一等奖 、二等奖、 三等奖。
3、评选名单将于2月12日（初八）在微信公众账号“宜居兴文幸福经开”进行公布，请获奖者于当日下午3点前到活动现场——网络互动区（区域名称以领票搭的棚子为准）进行签到领奖，逾时未签到者，视为自动放弃。
三、参赛要求
1、参赛用户需关注“宜居兴文 幸福经开”官方微信公众号（比赛结果将在此公布）。
2、参赛者不得使用他人作品参赛，否则比赛结果无效，如果使用他人作品所产生的法律纠纷由参赛者本人承担。
三、奖项设置
