<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 以往每到中元节，总能见到在马路上烧纸钱的现象，一团团浓烟飘在空中，污染环境、阻塞交通，甚至火还没熄灭，烧纸的人就已经离开了，留下安全隐患。</span>

<span style="color: inherit; caret-color: red;"> 根据中央、省环保督察和全国文明城市创建相关要求，为维护城区市容市貌和环境卫生，改善环境空气质量，按照《四川省城乡环境综合治理条例》相关规定，预防火灾发生，倡导文明祭祀，现将“七月半”祭祀活动有关事项通告如下:</span><br/>

<span style="color: inherit; caret-color: red;"> 一、定点焚烧:东至园艺场三岔路口，南至巴中南高速收费站，西至西华山隧道入口，北至江北二环路的范围内严禁焚纸烧香和燃放烟花爆竹。可在巴州区回风曹家沟弃土场、经开区插旗山居委会十组、北环线玉皇庙隧道外等空旷地带焚纸烧香。提倡网络祭祀、家庭追思等文明祭祀方式。</span><br/>

<p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; letter-spacing: 1.5px;" align="justify">
<span style="color: inherit; caret-color: red;"> 二、加强防范:市民在焚纸烧香时，应远离山坡、树林和可燃物，并加强现场火灾隐患防范，必须烧完燃尽、地火完全熄灭后方可离去。严禁损坏绿地、园林等公益设施。</span><br/>

<span style="color: inherit; caret-color: red;"> 三、严格管理:巴州区人民政府、巴中经开区管委会、市城管执法局、市生态环境局、市公安局等单位将组织人员对主城区实行定时、定点、定人管理。对不听从劝阻者，将采取强制熄灭和清除措施，并按照《四川省城乡环境综合治理条例》相关规定进行处罚，对阻碍执法人员执行公务或酿成火灾的将依法处理。</span>
