<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 为切实做好新冠肺炎疫情防控和企业（项目）复工复产复业工作，恢复全市交通运输秩序，按照“分区分类，科学精准”防控原则，现就有关事项公告如下：</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 一、调整交通检疫设置。2020年2月25日零时前，除保留经省政府批准的高速公路出口、国省干线省际边界交通检疫点（站）外，其余一律撤销。其中，<strong>农村公路交通检疫点（站）在2020年2月23日零时前全部撤销。</strong>高速公路出口严格执行“一检多认”，<strong>巴中牌照车辆市域内“免检疫”通行。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 二、保障货运物流畅通。本地或外地疫情防控物资、生产生活物资运输车辆，司乘人员经体温检测无异常症状，<strong>不设限、不劝返，保障“零阻碍”通行。</strong></span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;"> 三、有序恢复道路客运。省际、市际客运班线按照“起始两地对接”原则有序复运；县内班线客运、城市公交、出租汽车客运全面复运；客运包车严格落实“春风行动”要求，实行“点对点”运输。已经复运的县际班线客运实行滚动发班。交通场站、交通工具严格落实疫情防控有关规定。</span>

平昌县城东大库那里解封没？成都牌照可以过不？求解
不知道从农村平昌回城里还需要办理证件吗？
