<span style="font-size: 15px;">    为了深入推进“一盔一带”安全守护行动和争创全国文明城市，让广大市民养成自觉佩戴安全头盔和使用安全带的良好习惯，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》和《巴中市城市道路交通秩序管理条例》有关规定，巴中市公安局交警支队决定自2020年5月起在全市开展“一盔一带”专项治理行动，现将有关事项公告如下。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;">    一、积极倡导广大交通参与者争当文明市民，遵守交通法律法规，自觉佩戴安全头盔、使用安全带。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;">    二、各机关、企事业单位要积极参与“一盔一带”专项治理，教育组织单位人员率先佩戴安全头盔和使用安全带，引领良好社会风尚。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;">    三、积极鼓励保险公司、电动自行车、摩托车销售企业及公益组织采取免费赠送等惠民方式发放安全头盔。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;">    四、需使用电动自行车配送的企业要督促“骑手”统一佩戴安全头盔并规范文明安全驾驶。公安机关交通管理部门将向有关企业定期抄告交通违法行为。</span>

<span style="font-size: 15px;">    五、从即日起，公安机关交通管理部门开展“一盔一带”专项治理，首次违反“一盔一带”使用的以教育为主，经教育仍不改正的，依法处罚并公开曝光。</span>
