1家撤销登记、7家警告，巴中公布一批行政处罚决定！

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #262626;">巴中市为颐居家养老服务中心未<strong><span style="font-size: 15px; color: #C00000;">按照规定参加2017年、2018年、2019年年度检查，违法情节较重</span></strong>，按照《社会组织登记管理机关行政处罚程序规定》第二十一条、第二十二条、第二十三条和第三十八条的规定，本机关已于2021年3月12日在巴中市民政局网站向该民办非企业单位送达《行政处罚事先告知书》，公告期限已经届满，该民办非企业单位在规定时限内均未提出陈述、申辩或要求举行听证。依据《民办非企业单位登记管理暂行条例》第二十五条第一款第三项的规定，<strong><span style="font-size: 15px; color: #0070C0;">本机关决定对巴中市为颐居家养老服务中心作出撤销登记的行政处罚。</span></strong></span>

<span style="font-size: 15px; color: #262626;">依据《社会组织登记管理机关行政处罚程序规定》第三十二条的规定，本机关将收缴巴中市为颐居家养老服务中心的登记证书（含正本、副本）和印章。请巴中市为颐居家养老服务中心在本处罚决定书送达后5日内将登记证书（含正本、副本）、印章送交本机关，若不缴回或者无法缴回，本机关将公告作废。</span>
